Situated on a quiet road just 10 minutes walk to Carbis Bay beach, this apartment is the perfect location for beach lovers, walkers and especially families looking for a safe beach for children to play on. The apartment has wifi and comes with a free car parking space for one car. The stylish interior consists of an open plan living room with a well equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a double oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave and there are plenty of cooking utensils should you wish to eat in. The living room has a comfy L-shaped settee with a large SMART TV and DVD. You will also find a selection of games for your enjoyment. There are 2 double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and patio doors out to the balcony. One bedroom has zip and link beds providing flexible sleeping arrangements (king or twin). The bathroom has a bath with shower over, plus basin and WC. There is a lovely balcony accessed from both bedrooms which enjoys the morning sunshine. Coin operated laundry facilities are available on the premises and there is a communal garden with drying area.
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via steps to the rear of the property. It is situated a ten minute walk from the prestigious Blue Flag Carbis Bay beach. For those guests visiting in the colder months, there is central heating to keep you nice and cosy!

This cottage sleeps up to 5 guests, 3 bedrooms and is in a perfect location for guests who really want to explore around Cornwall, being a 15 minute drive away from St Ives, 10 minutes from Marazion and and Penzance.

Windman cottage is set in a stunning rural location of Gulval, Cornwall, and comes complete with horse paddock with 2 resident Shetland ponies, a beautiful large garden and parking for up to 3 cars. The beautiful garden comes complete with a fish pond, wondering stream that flows down the garden complete with a picturesque arched bridge as well as having an onsite paddock, located at the bottom of the garden with 2 Shetland ponies for you to visit as well as a visiting cat, so keep your eyes peeled for this fluffy, lovable character.

The cottage itself is a beautifully mastered living space with personal touches making it really feel like a home away from home. The location is great for walkers and benefits from being 10 minutes from the seaside. Living area: Classically decorated living area with original beams, 2 leather sofas, coffee table and electric fireplace. Living area: on the opposite side to the tv you’ll find a moments of peace with a massage chair and window looking into the garden. This is a perfect reading nook.

Living area: This charming, classical living area comes fully equipped with leather sofa and massage resting chair.

Kitchen: The charming kitchen is a mix between modern and old style farmhouse, with wooden beams, exposed stone and bespoke furniture. Electric double oven set amongst original stoneware.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom has 1 double bed, plenty of room for storing clothes in the large wardrobe. This is the perfect space to go and have a bit of time away. Includes tv.

Bedroom 2:This bedroom houses a double bed, 2 chest of drawers and a tv.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom has 1 single bed, original wooden beams and a sweetest little cottage window.

Guest access: Guests have access to the full apartment, balcony and courtyard area to the rear of the property. The courtyard is a private communal area shared with the other apartments and has 2 locked gates for privacy.

The neighbourhood: The cottage is in the perfect location between Penzance, Marazion and St Ives.

This cottage is perfect for your seaside family holiday – being located around the corner from ever famous Porthmeor beach, renowned for its picturesque sunsets and sought after seaside restaurants. 

As well as being around the corner from amenities such as the Tate Gallery, Porthmeor beach and The Island, you will also find quirky cafes (that sell the best cream teas!), small independent galleries and local makers/artist studios tucked around the smaller back roads.
