This Apartment is fab, plenty of space excellent views very clean and well kept. It looks exactly like the photos. Jemma is amazing and year on year she always delivers! We will definitely be booking again 🙂
Absolutely amazing place! Location SPOT ON! The view is GORGEOUS and the apartment itself is PERFECT! This place deserves 5 stars for everything!
To start with this place is beautiful. The location is in walking distance to the train station and centrally locate to restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket within a couple of blocks. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was impressive. The decor is very tastefully done. The kitchen had all the amenities. We even used the washer. The owner also went the extra mile and welcomed us with scones and jam. Thee was also milk and juice in the fridge. This is amongst top!

Windman Cottage is an absolutely exceptional property and we absolutely loved our stay!
It's in a quiet rural spot surrounded by farms with lovely horses (plus the 2 resident ponies that I'm still madly in love with). The area is quite elevated compared to the nearby coast so on clear days the view from the field where the ponies reside is exceptional. The gardens surrounding the cottage are gorgeous and very well cared for. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the beautiful patio.
The cottage itself is beautifully set up and has everything you need. Comfy beds and a cosy fireplace in the living room were especially welcoming in the evenings. Carol and Keith live in the adjacent property and went above and beyond to offer help with anything they could. They are absolute gems!

What a lovely apartment! Minster Dreams is perfect for a getaway in St Ives. Great location to head to the harbour for dinner and drinks, but also for day trips to other gorgeous places in Cornwall. The parking space is a heaven send too! Thanks again Eve Lettings, it made our holiday!
The perfect Cornish stay. We couldn't have had a better trip at Windman Cottage. The accommodation was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and finished to a high quality. It was well communicated to St Ives, Penzance and surrounding attractions. A must stay for anyone seeking a relaxing trip in style and comfort.
We loved the look of this stunning stylish looking apartment with sea views when looking online. We were bowled over with amazement when we arrived to see the amazing view and then enter this fabulous place. I believe words nor pictures can do this place justice! Well worth a visit and I am sure to be coming back in the future.
We stayed for 3 nights here and we loved it! It is cosy, stylish, clean and well equipped. The host is also lovely and very responsive. Its an easy 5 minute walk away from the town centre and there is a Tesco a few minutes drive up the road if you need to stock up. The view over Porthminster Beach and the buildings by the harbour beach is lush, even though wintery and wet. Having come to St Ives every year growing up over Porthmeor beach, staying over Porthminster was just as charming, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything St Ives has to offer.
Such a treat, this place was absolutely spotless and so cosy. So close to the beach and town, perfect.
