This cosy apartment is truly the perfect choice for either a beach holiday or small family getaway vacation. The decor is a unique mix of classic, vintage furniture paired with subtle modern touches.
This fantastic apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open planned living/kitchen/dining area with easy access to a large gated communal courtyard area (trust us, its a perfect little suntrap!) The apartment also comes with its own parking space.

Living/ dining/ kitchen area: The living area is a spacious, tastefully decorated space with an incredibly comfy emerald green sofa and 42” smart tv that includes catch-up channels and its own Netflix account. A round dining table that seats 4 sits in the corner of the space with a built in bookshelf above, hosting a ‘holiday book swap’ shelf – where you are free to choose a new book to read throughout the duration of your holiday! The kitchen hosts ann eco-oven with electric hobs. A separate fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and characterful cottage style shelving.
Main bedroom: A classically styled bedroom with french grey walls, prints from a local artist, vintage wooden wardrobe and classically shaped mirror.
Rear bedroom: Hosting a single day bed, shelving full of children’s books (another book swap area!) a vintage pastel blue wardrobe and mirror.
Guest access: Guests have access to the full apartment and courtyard area. The courtyard is a private communal area shared with the other apartments and has 2 locked gates for privacy.
The neighbourhood: This apartment is just a quick 2 minutes away from Porthminster beach as well as St Ives train station, but don’t worry – they’re not noisy! It’s a quick 10 minute walk into St Ives town where there are loads of amazing restaurants, cafes, galleries and boutique shops as well as lots more beaches. You will find an information pack in the property with our recommendations of what to do, places to visit and the best places to eat & drink.
Porthminster beach is an easy 2 minute walk from our apartment and with its white sand and amazing cafe/resteraunt it’s quite a luxury. It is an incredibly safe beach with lifeguards in attendance and activities such as paddle boarding, canoeing and more (summer season).
With the train and bus station only a few minutes walk from Porthminster view, you’re not just limited to exploring St Ives (although really why would you want to be anywhere else?) Regular buses and trains can take you to more of the beautiful places in Cornwall, such as Lands End, Porthleven , Mousehole etc…
