Living/ dining/ kitchen area: This open plan living/dining has a modern, artistic feel to it – from its fab turquoise sofa to its characterful felt mermaids. The kitchen hosts a fridge with small freezer compartment, electric hob and fan oven, washing machine and hosts the beautiful hand made plates and side plates made by Jane Booth.
Front bedroom: A spacious front bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and a comfy double bed.
Rear bedroom: The second bedroom has a bunk bed with built in double wardrobes.
Guest access: Guests have access to the full apartment and full access to the communal courtyard.
The neighbourhood: This apartment is just a quick 2 minutes away from Porthminster beach as well as St Ives train station, but don’t worry – they’re not noisy! It’s a quick 10 minute walk into St Ives town where there are loads of amazing restaurants, cafes, galleries and boutique shops as well as lots more beaches.
