Guest access: Guests have access to the full apartment, balcony and courtyard area to the rear of the property. The courtyard is a private communal area shared with the other apartments and has 2 locked gates for privacy.

The neighbourhood: This apartment is just a quick 2 minutes away from Porthminster beach as well as St Ives train station, but don’t worry – they’re not noisy! It’s a quick 10 minute walk into St Ives town where there are loads of amazing restaurants, cafes, galleries and boutique shops as well as lots more beaches.
